The Shuswap Dragon Boat Society/Friends Abreast team were invited to attend the grand opening of the Mammography Unit at the Shuswap Lake General Hospital.  It was a pretty special moment for our team to celebrate with the Shuswap Hospital Foundation.  Our team helped raise monies to donate to the campaign in 2022.  This much needed state of the art piece of equipment will benefit so many women in the Salmon Arm area.  Long drives to Vernon, Kelowna or Kamloops will hopefully be a thing of the past especially during the winter months.
